About me
Matija Nešović was born in 1998 in Belgrade, where he finished elementary school and Philological High School. He completed his undergraduate studies in 2021 at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade at the Group for Serbian Language and Literature, where he is currently pursuing his master's studies. Since 2017, he has been studying in parallel at the Group for Russian Language, Literature and Culture at the same faculty. His scientific interests primarily include synchronic syntax, semantics and pragmatics of Slavic languages. In addition to published works and participation in various competitions (see CV), he worked as a part-time consecutive translator from Serbian to Russian and vice versa for representatives of the publishing house Pilgrim Education, taught the Russian language at the Center for Affirmation and Development, and is currently a part-time associate at To the Onomastic Board of the Institute for the Serbian Language SANU on the Digitization of Onomastic Materials from Serbia project.
